  • What causes this issue?

    When costing service procedures, items with tools require certain
    attributes that are derived either in CRM or in R/3. However, for
    service process &v1& and item &v2&, attribute '&v3&' cannot be
    determined.

    System Response

    Incomplete data is transferred to costing, and can lead to an error
    there.

    How to fix this error?

    The cost center and activity type are derived in R/3 from the material
    number, plant, and grouping keys 1 and 2 of the tool. Check Customizing,
    particularly integration with other SAP components -> Customer
    Relationship Management -> Settings for Service Processes.
    After troubleshooting, repeat the transfer of the service process to
    costing by changing the item affected.
