If a quotation item is copied to a sales order, you should be able to
set the status to "completed". You cannot set this status, however.

System Response

The system will not allow you to convert the quotation to a sales order.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

In the status detail screen for the item, use the status analysis to
check why the you cannot set the status to "completed".
