How to fix this error?

Assign the eligibility period to an existing decision unit.
On the <LS>Eligibility Period Details</> screen, execute the
<LS>Decision Unit Assignment</> function <LS>Delete</>.
Execute the <LS>Decision Unit Assignment</> function <LS>New</> and
choose one of the suggested decision units.
