  • What causes this issue?

    EANs created for ERP materials do not comply with the GTIN format. These
    EANs could therefore not be transferred to the CRM system.
    EANs can only be transferred if they meet the following requirements
    ("GTIN format"):
    The EAN does not contain any alphanumeric characters. It is numeric.
    The EAN is 8, 12, 13, or 14 characters long. Any other lengths are not
    supported. As the GTIN is a 14-digit number in the CRM system, the EAN
    from ERP is padded with leading zeros.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
