    You want to display the input help for the route in the header of an
    order. An important factor in route determination is the start location,
    which is determined by the delivery location for the product.

    System Response

    No product is available at header level, however. For this reason there
    is no start location and the system cannot therefore display input help.

    How to fix this error?

    First enter a product at item level and specify the route there.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
