The contact person defined for the business partner cannot be contacted
via the channels defined in the communication medium. The address data
defined for the <LS>contact person relationship</> between the contact
person and the business partner is incomplete or incorrect.
The business partner can have been removed due to a lock indicator
(Central Block/Contact Block (Contact Not Permitted/Archiving Flag/
Already Deleted/<ZK>Do Not Use</> Communication Data).
If the business partner is to be contacted via the 'Business Partner-
Controlled' communication type, that is, via the standard communication
type entered for the business partner, note that in campaign execution,
only the following channels are supported:
Telephone
Internet mail (STMP)
Mail (Letter)
Fax
SMS/Pager Service
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Either
Make any necessary changes to the communication strategy (IMG activity
<ZH>Define Communication Medium</>) or enhance the address data of the
business partner at relationship level. The business partners may
possibly have to be sent to the open channel too. If no active correct
instance of the BAdI <ZH>CRM_MKT_EXP_CAMP_DAT</> exists, this is
recorded in the <DS:TRAS.SLG1>application log</>
Check the lock indicator at the organization level of the business
partner (only <ZK>Do Not Use</> is checked at the relationship-address
level)
