    specified in the communication strategy. The business partner's address
    data does not permit such contact.
    The business partner can have been removed due to a lock indicator
    (Central Block/Contact Block (Contact Not Permitted/Archiving Flag/
    Already Deleted/Do Not Use Communication Data).
    If the business partner is to be contacted via the 'Business Partner-
    Controlled' communication type, note that in campaign execution, only
    the following channels are supported:
    Telephone
    Internet mail (STMP)
    Mail (Letter)
    Fax
    SMS/Pager Service

    System Response

    Either:

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Make any necessary changes to the communication strategy (IMG activity
    <ZH>Define Communication Medium</>) or
    Add additional address data in business partner maintenance (check lock
    indicator)
    The business partners may also need to be sent to the <ZH>open channel
    </>. If no active, correct instance of the BAdI <ZH>CRM_MKT_EXP_CAMP_DAT
    </> exists, this will be recorded in the <DS:TRAN.SLG1>application log
    </>. This log may contain other hints as to the cause of the error.
