This problem occurs when:
The product category is not listed for the specified account,
organizational data, and dates
The Customizing for listings is incorrect for the specified sales area
This problem can be solved by:
Including the product category in the listing object that is referenced
by the listing procedure
Changing one or several of the following entries: account,
organizational data, and dates
Changing the settings for listings in Account Planner. You do this in
Customizing for <LS>Customer Relationship Management</> (CRM), by
choosing <LS>Account Planning -> Product Assignments -> Listings</>.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
