  • What is the cause and solution for SAP error message CRM_MKT_RTOM_FEEDB_R011 - The feedback does not belong to the last publish job ?

The SAP error message CRM_MKT_RTOM_FEEDB_R011 indicates that there is a mismatch between the feedback data being processed and the last publish job that was executed. This typically occurs in the context of SAP CRM Marketing, particularly when dealing with feedback from marketing campaigns or activities.

    Cause:

    1. Mismatched Feedback: The feedback data being processed does not correspond to the most recent publish job. This can happen if:

      • The feedback is from an older publish job.
      • The feedback data was not properly updated or synchronized with the latest publish job.
      • There are multiple publish jobs, and the system is trying to process feedback from a different job than the one currently being referenced.
    2. Data Integrity Issues: There may be issues with data integrity, such as missing or corrupted records that prevent the system from correctly associating feedback with the appropriate publish job.

    3. Timing Issues: If feedback is received after a new publish job has been executed, the system may not be able to link the feedback to the correct job.

    Solution:

    1. Verify Publish Jobs: Check the status of the last publish job in the system. Ensure that the feedback you are trying to process corresponds to the most recent job. You can do this by reviewing the logs or the job history in the SAP system.

    2. Reprocess Feedback: If the feedback is indeed from an older publish job, you may need to either:

      • Update the feedback data to match the latest publish job.
      • Reprocess the feedback after ensuring it is aligned with the correct publish job.
    3. Data Synchronization: Ensure that all relevant data is synchronized and that there are no discrepancies between the publish job and the feedback data. This may involve checking for any data integrity issues or missing records.

    4. Consult Documentation: Review SAP documentation or notes related to CRM Marketing and feedback processing for any specific guidelines or troubleshooting steps that may apply to your situation.
