  • What causes this issue?

    Target groups have been imported from an external system. However, the
    table returned by this system does not contain any entries.
    This error can have a variety of causes:
    The external system does not contain any target groups, in which case
    the table it returns will be empty.
    CRM checks the target group table when it receives it from the external
    system.
    CRM checks whether the target groups read by the external system:
    Are internal
    Are external
    Already exist
    Do not yet exist
    In this process it removes all internal target groups and those without
    a correct header from the target group table.
    The system then checks the target group table again. If it is now
    blank, this message is triggered.
    The system displays a list of external target groups from which the
    user can select those target groups which they want to create or change
    in CRM. Having transferred these target groups, CRM then checks once
    again as to whether this new target group table contains any values. If
    not, this message is triggered.

    How to fix this error?

    Log on to the external system and check whether target groups exist and
    if so whether they are named.
