Message class: CRM_MKT_EXTERNAL - CRM MKT: Messages for Interface to External Products
Message number: 049
Message text: Root object &1 not identical to plan/campaign
The external system has returned a table containing the hierarchy of
the marketing plan / marketing campaign.
In this table, the object &V1& with the GUID &V2& was identified as the
root node of the hierarchy. However, this GUID belonging to the root
node &V1& is not identical to the GUID &V3& belonging to the marketing
plan / marketing campaign.
The CRM Marketing Planner does not allow the GUID of the root node to
differ from that of the marketing plan / marketing campaign.
In the external system, change the hierarchy such that the root node
has the same GUID as the marketing plan / marketing campaign.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
