Relationship Management -> Enterprise Intelligence -> Software Agent
Framework</> are incorrect or incomplete.
The system uses a TREX-independent search for knowledge articles that
provides only very limited functionality.
Contact your system administrator.
Check your settings for search engine "&V1&" in Customizing activity
<LS>Customer Relationship Management -> Enterprise Intelligence ->
Software Agent Framework -> Configure RFC Destinations</>.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
