    The knowledge article search was designed to use TREX as a search
    engine, but the system cannot connect to TREX using RFC.
    The Software Agent Framework settings in Customizing under <LS>Customer
    Relationship Management -> Enterprise Intelligence -> Software Agent
    Framework</> are incorrect or incomplete.

    System Response

    The system uses a TREX-independent search for knowledge articles that
    provides only very limited functionality.

    How to fix this error?

    Contact your system administrator.

    Check your settings for search engine "&V1&" in Customizing activity
    <LS>Customer Relationship Management -> Enterprise Intelligence ->
    Software Agent Framework -> Configure RFC Destinations</>.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
