engine, but TREX cannot currently be used to search for knowledge
articles.
The system uses a TREX-independent search for knowledge articles that
provides only very limited functionality.
Contact your system administrator.
Check your settings for knowledge base <LS>KA</> in the Customizing
activities under <LS>Customer Relationship Management -> Enterprise
Intelligence -> Software Agent Framework</>.
We recommend that you create only one knowledge article knowledge base
with language "EN".
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
