Relationship Management -> Enterprise Intelligence -> Software Agent
Framework </>are incorrect or incomplete.
The system uses a TREX-independent search for knowledge articles that
provides only very limited functionality.
Contact your system administrator.
Choose Customizing activity <LS>Customer Relationship Management ->
Enterprise Intelligence -> Software Agent Framework -> Configure RFC
Destinations</> and check your settings for search engine "&V1&".
Call transaction SM59 to test the RFC connection "&V2&".
