The accelerated inbox search could not be performed, and the
non-accelerated inbox search has been used instead.
The following causes could apply:
An exception has occurred when trying to access the SAP HANA database.
Your system administrator can define the system behavior for the
situation that the accelerated inbox search cannot be performed due to
an exception as a result of an SAP HANA database connection check. They
can choose between the following options:
The non-accelerated search is used.
The search is canceled.
Not all main categories included in the search query are supported by
the accelerated inbox search.
The following main categories are supported by the accelerated search:
Main categories with the inbox item type <LS>Inbox Item: Workitem -
Inbound Email, Fax and Letter</>
Main categories with the inbox item type <LS>Inbox Item: OneOrder</>
that belong to SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM), for
example <LS>Service Order</> and <LS>Service Request</>
Main categories with the inbox item type <LS>Inbox Item: Case</>, for
example <LS>Incident Tracking Case</>
Not all search attributes included in the search are supported by the
accelerated inbox search.
The following search attributes are not supported by the accelerated
inbox search:
<LS>Category ID</>
<LS>Checklist Step Partner Function</>
<LS>Checklist Step Partner ID</>
<LS>Checklist Step Execution Status</>
<LS>Checklist Step Status</>
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
