    The inbox profile to which you have assigned the acceleration profile
    contains main categories that are not supported by the acceleration
    profile.
    Note that the non-accelerated inbox search is used instead of the
    accelerated inbox search, if an inbox search includes main categories
    that are not supported by the acceleration profile that is assigned to
    the relevant inbox profile.

    System Response

    The system checks if all main categories included in the inbox profile
    are supported by the assigned acceleration profile and issues a warning
    message if required.

    How to fix this error?

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    information about the main categories (inbox item types) that are
    supported by the accelerated inbox search and can be included in an
    acceleration profile, see Customizing for <LS>Customer Relationship
