for all partner determination procedures relevant for your business
transactions. To do this, access the Customizing activity <ZK>Customer
Relationship Management</> --> <ZK>Interaction Center WebClient</> -->
<ZK>Agent Inbox</> --> <ZK>Map Element Attributes to Inbox Attributes</>
--> <DS:SIMG.CRM_IC_035>Map Business Transactions to Responsible
Employees and Groups</>.
The partner determination procedure in question is indicated in the
message text.
For a closer analysis with the ABAP debugger, use transaction SAAB to
activate the checkpoint group with the ID "ic_webclient_inbox" for your
user.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
