  • What causes this issue?

    You are trying to import a file which is other than RTF or TXT extension
    into the mail template. However, these file types cannot be converted.

    System Response

    The file is not imported.

    How to fix this error?

    Save this file on your PC, this time with an RTF (Rich Text Format) or
    TXT extension. This format can be imported and converted. Note however
    that you can only import text, not graphics.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
