Message class: BS_SSC_SR - Message Class for Service Request
Message number: 019
Message text: & service requests not yet confirmed
There are entries in persistence tables SSCSR and SSCSRLINK for which
corresponding service requests (SRs) have been created in the CRM
system. However, these have not been updated with SR information such as
the GUID, ID, and status. This may be caused by late BDoc processing,
qRFC failure, and so on.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Log on to the CRM system and run transaction SMW01 to display BDoc
messages. In the selection screens of this transaction, specify
selection criteria to monitor BDoc processing results.
Note that the BDoc type is BUS_TRANS_MSG. From this monitoring tool, you
might find some BDoc with red and yellow lights in the <zk>State</>
column. Resolve the relevant BDoc processing issues.
