What causes this issue?

It is not possible to use cover eligibility and commitment type
functions at the same time. As a commitment type profile is already
assigned to FM area &V1& in fiscal year &V2&, you cannot assign a cover
eligibility profile to FM area &V1& for fiscal year &V2&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you want to use the cover eligibility profile function, you must
delete the commitment type profile assignment in fiscal year &V2&.
