    It is not possible to use cover eligibility and commitment type
    functions at the same time. As a cover eligibility profile is already
    assigned to FM area &V1& in fiscal year &V2&, you cannot assign a
    commitment type profile to FM area &V1& for fiscal year &V2&.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
