What causes this issue?

You are not permitted to delete entries in the following situations:
You want to delete an entry for budget version 0.
You want to delete a budget version not equal to zero, for which the
budget consistency checks are deactivated.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you want to delete an entry for a budget version not equal to zero,
you must make sure that the budget consistency checks for this version
are reactivated in the Customizing of <ZH>Funds Management</>.
