Message class: AGR_MAINTENANCE_CHCK - Maintenance Check for Agreements
Message number: 005
Message text: Agreement created in another system; settlemnt + maint.only allowed there
You want to maintain or settle the rebate agreement &V1&. The agreement
was not created in this system, however, but originates in another
system (logical system: &V2&). It was flagged there as only externally
payable.
To prevent data inconsistencies, you are not allowed to make changes to
the agreement &V1& or the corresponding condition records in this
system. You are also not allowed to make settlements or post manual
accruals.
You can only display or (if it has the appropriate status) finalize the
agreement.
If you want to make changes to the agreement or its condition records,
you need to do so in the system in which the agreement was created
(logical system: &V2&). If the agreement has already been released for
settlement (see rebate status), no changes can be made.
If you want to make payments, you also need to do this in the system in
which the agreement was created.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
