  • What causes this issue?

    You want to maintain or settle the rebate agreement &V1&. The agreement
    was not created in this system, however, but originates in another
    system (logical system: &V2&). It was flagged there as only externally
    payable.

    System Response

    To prevent data inconsistencies, you are not allowed to make changes to
    the agreement &V1& or the corresponding condition records in this
    system. You are also not allowed to make settlements or post manual
    accruals.
    You can only display or (if it has the appropriate status) finalize the
    agreement.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to make changes to the agreement or its condition records,
    you need to do so in the system in which the agreement was created
    (logical system: &V2&). If the agreement has already been released for
    settlement (see rebate status), no changes can be made.
    If you want to make payments, you also need to do this in the system in
    which the agreement was created.
