Message class: AFWCH_PH - Analysis Framework: Portfolio Hierarchies
Message number: 005
Message text: Portfolio hierarchy & can be enhanced only, as evaluation data exists
The specified portfolio hierarchy was supposed to be changed. However,
evaluation data exists that are dependent on the nodes of the portfolio
hierarchy. You cannot change the portfolio hierarchy in such a way that
would cause existing nodes to be removed. This is also true for
archived evaluation data. As a result, no other filter can be assigned
to this portfolio.
Currently, there is data that is dependent on the nodes of the portfolio
hierarchy stored in the following applications:
Report data memory (value at risk)
Results database (Risk and Portfolio Analyzer)
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
You cannot assign or adjust a filter if there is dependent evaluation
data. You can delete the filter, but once it has been deleted, you can
no longer assign any filter to the portfolio hierarchy. If you do not
want this to be the case, then you have to create a new portfolio
hierarchy. If the old portfolio hierarchy is to be used just to display
saved evaluation data, then it should be deactivated (choose
<ZK>Evaluation Control -> Portfolio Hierarchy -> Deactivate</>).
