Active entries are indicated by upper case letters in the reporting
field. Deactivated entries are indicated by lower case letters.
A deactivated entry is not taken into account when creating forms or
data carriers. The displays and statistics are corrected accordingly.

    How to fix this error?

If you, as administrator, notice a combination that is unknown to the
system, which makes a certain data record superfluous, you can
deactivate this record as long as the relevant reporting field is
positively represented. Neutrally displayed entries can not be
    activated or deactivated.
For example, you can deactivate an automatically created payroll card
request, if you already have the card.
