  1. Enter transaction code OAG3 in the command field. 
  2. Select “New Entries” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the new document type and select “Create”. 
  4. Enter a description for the new document type and select “Save”. 
  5. Select “Define Storage Locations” from the menu bar and enter a name for the storage location. 
  6. Select “Define Document Categories” from the menu bar and enter a name for the document category. 
  7. Select “Define Default Settings” from the menu bar and enter the default settings for each document type (e.g., storage location and document category).
