  4. To create a new layout, click on the “Create” button at the top of the window. 
  5. Enter the necessary information for your new layout and click “Save” when you are done. 
  6. To assign a layout to a document, select it from the list and click on “Assign” at the top of the window. 
  7. Enter the necessary information for your document and click “Save” when you are done. 
  8. To edit or delete an existing layout, select it from the list and click on “Edit” or “Delete” at the top of the window.
