  GR19 is a SAP transaction code used to copy standard layouts from one client to another. This transaction code is used to transfer the standard layout settings from one client to another, allowing users to quickly and easily replicate the same settings in multiple clients. 
  
  Functionality: 
  GR19 allows users to copy standard layouts from one client to another. This includes copying the layout of the standard SAP screens, such as the initial screen, the main menu, and the application toolbar. It also includes copying the layout of any custom screens that have been created in the source client. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code GR19 in the command field. 
  2. Select the source client from which you want to copy the standard layouts. 
  3. Select the target client to which you want to copy the standard layouts. 
  4. Select the layout type that you want to copy (e.g., initial screen, main menu, application toolbar). 
  5. Select the layout that you want to copy (e.g., standard SAP layout or custom layout). 
  6. Click “Copy” to transfer the selected layout from the source client to the target client. 
  7. Repeat steps 4-6 for each layout type and layout that you want to copy from one client to another. 
  8. Click “Save” when you are finished copying all of your desired layouts from one client to another. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is important to note that GR19 only copies standard layouts from one client to another; it does not copy any other data or settings (e.g., user profiles, authorization profiles, etc.). Additionally, it is recommended that users test their copied layouts in a test system before deploying them in a production system, as there may be unexpected results when transferring layouts between clients.
