  Step-by-Step How to Use 
  1. Log into the SAP system using your user ID and password. 
  2. Enter the transaction code GR21 in the command field. 
  3. Enter the name of the library you want to create in the Library Name field. 
  4. Enter a description of the library in the Description field (optional). 
  5. Select the type of library you want to create from the drop-down menu (e.g., document library, image library, etc.). 
  6. Click on the Create button to create the library. 
  7. The newly created library will appear in the list of libraries in the SAP system.
