To create a new letter, select the “Create” button in the top left corner of the screen. 2. Enter the necessary information into the fields provided, such as the letter’s title, content, and recipient. 3. Select “Save” to save the letter. 4. To edit an existing letter, select the “Edit” button in the top left corner of the screen. 5. Make any necessary changes to the letter and select “Save” when finished. 6. To delete a letter, select the “Delete” button in the top left corner of the screen. 7. Confirm that you want to delete the letter by selecting “Yes” when prompted. 8. To view an existing letter, select it from the list of letters in the Agent Inbox. 9. To search for a specific letter, enter its title or content into the search bar at the top of the screen and select “Search”. 10. To assign a letter to an agent or team, select it from the list of letters in the Agent Inbox and then select “Assign” from the menu on the right side of the screen. 11. Select an agent or team from the drop-down menu and then select “Assign” to assign them to that letter.
