What causes this issue?

The component &V1&, which does not exist in the ECC order, has been
transferred from SAP APO with order &V2&.

System Response

The component is deleted in the APO order.

How to fix this error?

SAP ECC has master data autonomy in the pure PP/DS scenario. The
component &V1& transferred from SAP APO exists in the APO order,
although this does not correspond to the master data maintained in SAP
ECC.
Ensure that the production process model used in SAP APO corresponds to
the ECC BOM currently valid for order &V2&.
