An attempt was made to enter the Internet mail address of the user used
for the logical RFC destination WORKFLOW_LOCAL_ccc (ccc to be replaced
with the current client) for inbound distribution.
You do not have authorization to make this entry.

The entry is rejected.

How to fix this error?

Obtain the required authorization (authorization object S_OC_ROLE,
field OFFADM must have value ADMINISTRATOR).
