What causes this issue?

You wish to delete plan version &V1&. This is not possible in the
current planning step as plan version &V1& is an active plan version.

System Response

The plan version cannot be deleted.

How to fix this error?

In order to be able to delete the plan version, it must not be set as
the "active plan version". You can change this in the network in the
basic data view of the current planning step.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
