What causes this issue?

You wish to delete plan version &V1&, however, this is used in
interface &V2&. If you delete this plan version, the interface will be
incomplete.

System Response

The plan version cannot be deleted.

How to fix this error?

If you still want to delete the plan version, you must first define a
different version in the definition of interface &V2&.
