What causes this issue?

The portal has transferred role assignment data for users, but the role
header data is missing. Therefore the system cannot display the
original name of the portal role.

System Response

The item is flagged with a warning message because this is an
inconsistency that is probably caused by either a manipulation of the
database tables or a program error during the data transfer process.

How to fix this error?

You can continue to work with the portal role, but you should try to
transfer the data from the portal to the SAP system again.
If the problem does not disappear, contact your system administrator.
