What causes this issue?

The <DS:GLOS.3526B0E6AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>work item</> has a
processing status in which the selected function cannot be carried out.
The current status is <ZH>&V2&</>.
It is not possible to replace the work item in this status.
It can only be <LS>set to done</> if it has the processing status
<ZH>Executed</>.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
