There are inquiry mails for the work item without replies. When the
work item is processed, these recipients are informed. To do this, an
information mail is sent which can be used to delete the first mail.
The mail informs the recipient that he does not need to process the
inquiry mail since the work item has already been processed.
The mail <(>&<)> could not be sent to user <(>&<)> due to errors which
occurred during sending.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
