    The system terminates after sending the mail correctly.

    How to fix this error?

    The mail was sent, processing can therefore be continued in the normal
    manner. The mail sent has also been placed in the Business Workplace
    and can be viewed there. However, this only applies to the sender. If
    the work item is forwarded, the new agent cannot access the mail.
