What causes this issue?

There is data inconsistency in the current intermediate document item:
The indicator 'zero count' is set but a sales value is specified at the
same time. (The item contains a value-only material.)

System Response

The item is not updated.

How to fix this error?

Please check whether there is a zero count. You can then correct the
intermediate document accordingly using the intermediate document
editor and start inbound processing again.
