How To Fix VY123 - Shipment &1 does not have the required overall status

• Message text: Shipment &1 does not have the required overall status

What causes this issue?

Shipment &V1& has overall status &V2&. Shipment cost type &V3&, however,
requires overall status &V4&.

How to fix this error?

In Customizing for the <DS:TRAN.T_56>shipment cost type</>, you can set
the the overall shipment status required for the creation of a shipment
cost document.
