What causes this issue?

You have canceled a tender quotation and attempted to delete the
shipment. However, the system will only generate a message for the
successful cancellation of the shipment, if the shipment has first been
saved.

System Response

The system issues an information message and cancels the deletion
transaction.

How to fix this error?

Save the shipment after you have canceled the quotation. You can then
delete the shipment.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
