This error indicates that there is a discrepancy in the weight calculation for a handling unit due to changes made to the handling unit after it was initially created or processed.
Cause:
- Change in Handling Unit: The handling unit may have been modified after the initial weight calculation. This could include adding or removing items, changing the configuration of the handling unit, or altering the weight of the items within the handling unit.
- Inconsistent Data: There may be inconsistencies in the data related to the handling unit, such as incorrect weight entries for the materials or the handling unit itself.

Solution:
- Check Handling Unit Changes: Review the changes made to the handling unit. Ensure that any modifications are valid and that the weight of the items is correctly updated.

- Verify Material Master Data: Check the material master data for the items in the handling unit to ensure that the weights are correctly defined. If there are discrepancies, update the material master records.
- Review Configuration Settings: Ensure that the configuration settings for handling units and weight calculations in SAP are correctly set up. This may involve checking the settings in the relevant customizing transactions.
- Use Transaction Codes: Utilize transaction codes such as HU02 (Change Handling Unit) or HU03 (Display Handling Unit) to investigate and correct any issues with the handling unit.
