What causes this issue?

You have attempted to set the shipment completion status in the
shipment document. However, not all the deliveries of the shipment have
been completely picked.

System Response

The process is cancelled.

How to fix this error?

First pick the delivery(ies) &V1& completely and then reset the
completion status.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
