What causes this issue?

The standard selection variant for the shipment list should already
exist in your system and this is just where they should be changed.
The variant does not exist in your system, possibly due to errors
during the transport of variants. For this reason, it must be recreated
here.

How to fix this error?

Maintain the values of the variant and the attributes according to your
needs. Use the settings in 'Attributes' to hide those selection
criteria that you do not need.
In this way your selection screen will be easier to read and to use.
