If the virus scan server is monitored by the CCMS, and has the status
"Active on Application Server", start requests are automatically
generated again.
If the virus scan server does not start, you can check at the command
line whether more detailed error messages are displayed for a manual
start.
The command line is:

Due to the formatting properties of the message dialog, the above
information is truncated at 150 chracters and may have interspersed
spaces and line breaks that are not part of the command that was run.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
