How To Fix VN362 - Error when changing mail data

• Message text: Error when changing mail data

What causes this issue?

When you changed the mail data, an error occured:
a) when you changed the MESSAGE object template during condition record
maintenance.
b) when you changed the MESSAGE object to be sent during output
processing.

How to fix this error?

a) Delete the condition record and create a new one.
b) You cannot display or change the attributes for mail dispatch. The
MESSAGE object can only be sent with unchanged attributes.
