What causes this issue?

As texts were copied from an external preceding document, an attempt was
made to assign the text type entered there to the valid text
Customizing. The text type does not exist in the text determination
procedure of the delivery header, however.

System Response

The text was not copied into the document.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Procedure for System Administrators

Include the <DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUOLSDVOTX>text type in the text
determination procedure</> that is assigned to the delivery type.
