Check the document number you entered is correct. It is possible that
the delivery you are looking for has already been deleted.
Inform your system administrator is the delivery has already been
archived but you want to access it nevertheless.
To display the delivery from the archive via the delivery dialog, at
least an <DS:GLOS.729B4CA2A619D311A1190060B0673A17>archive information
structure
</> must be active for the
<DS:GLOS.3526B454AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>archiving object</>. If
necessary, check the settings in the
<DS:GLOS.36C0319C310905B0E10000009B38F983>archive information system</>
using transaction <DS:TRAN.SARI>SARI</>.

SAP messages fall into 3 different categories: Error messages
(message type = E), Warnings (W) or Informational (I) messages.
An error message will prevent you from continuing your work - it is a hard stop and you need to fix the error before you can proceed. A warning message will stop your work, however, you can then bypass the warning by pressing the Enter key on your keyboard. That said, it is still good practice to investigate the cause of the warning message and address it. An information message will not stop your work and is truly just for informational purposes.
