What causes this issue?

In the field <zh>Statement Control for Returnable Packaging Account</>
you have set that the account statement is not to be sent.

System Response

You cannot change the values in the field <zh>Control for Creation and
Sending of RP Account Statements</> unless you change the settings in
the field <zh>Statement Control for Returnable Packaging Account</> to
the initial value.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
