What causes this issue?

In the field <zh>Planning Type</> you have set that the system is to
use reorder point planning for this returnable packaging account.
As the current stock is no below the reorder point quantity, the
returnable packaging account has now been marked to indicate that you
have to trigger reorder point planning.
As long as the current stock is lower than the reorder point quantity,
it is not possible to change the planning type of the returnable
packaging account.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
